Police are appealing for public assistance and are hoping to identify a man after he threatened security staff with a knife on 29 August in Melbourne.
Investigators have been told the offender had been inside a licenced premise on Elizabeth Street and was asked to leave at 11.45pm.
When asked to leave the offender produced a knife and threatened security staff before fleeing from the premises.
The offender is described as Caucasian, 30-40-years-old, 160-170cm, medium build, with short balding hair.
He was wearing a black Nike hooded jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
Melbourne East police are investigating and have released an image of a man that may be able to assist with their enquiries.
