Winnipeg, Manitoba, 5 November 2019 – Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A19C0053) on the 28 May 2019 collision with terrain of a Piper PA-12 on floats near Domain Lake, Ontario.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
