Other nominations are: “Best instrumental ensemble, Best vocal ensemble, Best execution of songs of professional authors”, “Author song” and “Fighting friend – accordion” (the solos and the ensemble of accordion players).

The level of mastery of the semifinalists are evaluated by a competent jury consisting of: a senior teacher of the Military Institute (military conductor) of the Military University of the Ministry of defense of Russia, honored artist of the Russian Federation Colonel Alexander Khalilov, Director CDRA Natalia pomeshenko, editor of the culture Department of the newspaper “Red star” honored worker of culture of the Russian Federation Irina Pavlutkin, artistic Director of the concert band CDR Ksenia Belova, head of the group concert art work CDR, pianist, arranger, accompanist Dmitry Sushkin, CDR the soloist the honoured artist of the Russian Federation Natalia Moskvina, art Director CDR Irina Titova and conductor of the Academic song and dance ensemble of the Russian Army, teacher people’s artist of the Russian Federation Igor Raevskiy (Chairman).

After the traditional performance of the legendary song “Katyusha” the participants and guests of the festival were warmly welcomed by the head of CDR honored worker of culture of the Russian Federation Vasyl Mazurenko, who wished the performers success, and declared the forum open song.
