In accordance with the “Plan of the international activities of the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation to 2019” in Moscow on 7 November 2019 was held on 18-th meeting of the joint Russian-the Slovak intergovernmental Commission for the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Slovak Republic for the care of the graves of servicemen and civilian victims of war from 13 February 1995, which was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere, in an atmosphere of mutual respect and consideration of the views of the parties.
In the framework of the 18th session of the joint Russian-the Slovak intergovernmental Commission for the care of the graves of servicemen and civilian victims of war representatives of the delegations of the Slovak Republic and the Russian Federation laid wreaths and flowers at the newly installed memorial sign of the Slovak military personnel who died ing 3398 and buried in Lezhnevo, Ivanovo oblast.
The event was attended by members of the Slovak part of the Commission headed by the Director General of the Department of state of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Slovak Republic by Adrian Jenco and Russian part of the Commission headed by a leading expert (assistant to the Deputy Minister of defence of the Russian Federation) Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation Alexander Valentinovich by Casilinum, as well as the staff of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in the Russian Federation.
