Social project “Give warmth” organized by the UFSIN of Russia for the Altai territory in the framework of the Decade of childhood in Russia and is being implemented for the second year. Related convicts things pass in the Altai regional clinical children’s hospital.

The project “Give warmth” launched in UFSIN of Russia for the Altai territory in 2018 together with the club of knitters. Initially part of a social project carried out by two institutions of the penal correction system for women – the IR-6 and IR-11. This year the project was joined by prisoners serving sentences on the plot, functioning as a detention centre.

The head of the club knitters Natalia Rosengren together with journalists of TV-KOM Biysk visited UFIC KP-2. At the meeting with the prisoners Natalia told how necessary warmth to children born prematurely, given the necessary yarn, and the scheme of knitting things like socks, mittens, hats, vests, rugs. Convicts with great interest took part in the project. In his spare time they have already managed to associate several pairs of tiny socks and a wool plaid.
