The Minister of economic development of Russia Maxim Oreshkin held a meeting of the Subcommission on the evaluation of actual exposure (OFV), which approved the plan for FEV in 2020. The Ministry of economic development has included 14 of the PPA, which affect the activities of subjects of entrepreneurial activity in the field of ecology and wastes of production and consumption, mining, industrial and fire safety, sanitary-epidemiological legislation, transport, trade, occupational safety and health, information technology, alcoholic beverages, and education.

The procedure OFV earned in 2019 and became a systematic measure of evaluation of the existing regulation that allows you to determine if you have achieved the objectives of the regulatory act, as to any provisions entailing excessive costs for businesses.

The discussion centred on the proposals of the business community and the response positions of the regulators, it was noted that a number of authorities took a proactive stance and are ready to review the most controversial provisions of its PPA.

The experts were asked to discuss acts that are not included in the plan for objective criteria, but projecting an excessive burden on entrepreneurs. For discussion of these issues, the Ministry of economic development will hold a public workshop on the assessment of the actual impact.
