The 2019 Toi Ohomai Charity House has now been completed and is now for sale by deadline.

The Charity House project began in 2013 and is a 10-year training and partnership programme that brings together our Rotorua carpentry, electrical and interior design students with local tradespeople and suppliers, to build a house for a very special purpose. The funds from the sale of this home will go towards providing support to some well-deserving local community groups.

Rotorua Professionals McDowell Real Estate is organising the sale, as well as handling all viewings and an open home on Sunday, 24 November 2019 from 11am – 11.30am.

The Charity House Project would not be possible without the support of our partners and we’d like to thank them all for their valuable contribution, current and pledged. We look forward to sharing the goodwill and satisfaction generated through education and community involvement.

The deadline for sale is Thursday, 5 December 2019 at 4pm, unless sold prior.
