The fare in public transport will change from February, and the utility tariffs to be indexed on 1 July 2020.
In the capital will be indexed tariffs for journey in public transport, as well as prices, rates and tariffs for services of housing and communal services for the year 2020. The corresponding decision was accepted at session of Presidium of the government of Moscow, which was held Sergei Sobyanin.
The fare in public transport will change from 1 February 2020. The annual average increase will be three percent. This is below the projected rate of inflation (3.7 percent).
Compared to 2010, in real terms, adjusted for inflation, the fare in public transport of Moscow has decreased by almost 30 percent.
The basis of the decision on indexation of tariffs for 2020 was based on a differentiated approach. Due to this frequent flyer fare in public transport will remain at the level of 2019, and adjusted for inflation, even fall in real terms.
So, will not change the cost of the popular unlimited travel tickets on all types of transport, including travel by the Moscow Central diameters (IDC). Travel for a day will cost 230 rubles, three — 438 rubles for 30 days — 2170 rubles for 90 days — 5430 rubles, 365 days — 19 500 rubles.
For the same price you can buy unlimited travel, including the area “Suburbs” on the IDC. The ticket price for the day will be 285 rubles, three — 545 roubles, for 30 days — 2570 roubles, and for 90 days — 6940 rubles for 365 days — 24 450 rubles.
In addition, passengers of the IDC will be available free transfer to the subway.
The cost of a single trip on the subway, Moscow’s Central ring (MCK), according to the IDC (zone “Central”) and on the ground public transport will be:
— if payment is made by the “Troika” (the ticket “Wallet”) — 40 $ instead of 38 rubles
— at the rate of “90 minutes” instead of 62 rubles to 59 rubles
— when paying by credit card instead of 44 rubles 42 rubles.
The cost of a single trip on the subway, Moscow’s Central ring (ISC) and the IDC (zone “Suburb”) will be:
— if payment is made by the “Troika” (the ticket “Trick”) — instead of 47 rubles 45 rubles
— when paying by credit card — 51 ruble is 49 rubles.
The ticket is “one” in 2020, one trip will cost 57 rubles (now — 55 rubles), two trips — 114 rubles (now — 110 rubles), 60 trips — 1970 roubles (now -1900 rubles). Paper ticket for a calendar month, calculated no more than on 70 trips will cost 2900 rubles instead of 2770 rubles.
Passengers with a ticket “TAT” will pay 47 $ for one trip on the bus in zone B (except the Area) and in a transitional area between zones A and B. Now the fare is 45 rubles. Ticket “TAT” without a limit of trips for up to 30 days, will cost 1180 rubles (now — 1140 rubles).
Travel on suburban railway transport in Moscow will cost 37 roubles (rise by one ruble), travel one zone outside the capital will cost 24 rubles (now 23 rubles).
To change the price and concessionary tickets for schoolchildren, students, residents and graduate students. Monthly pass for public transport will cost 265 260 rubles instead of rubles, three-month — 795 $ instead of 780 rubles. The cost of travel on the metro, ICC and IDC for a month will amount to 405 rubles (now — 395 rubles), three months — 1215 rubles (now — 1185 rubles).
Housing and communal services
The rate of payment for maintenance of the dwelling from 1 January 2020 will be indexed for five percent. The minimum contribution for capital repairs will be increased by 3.7 percent from 18.19 18.86 ruble to a ruble per square meter.
Change of tariffs for communal services (gas, heat supply water supply and Sewerage) from 1 January 2020 will not happen. They will be indexed on 1 July 2020 at an average of 3.7 percent.
Overall 2012 growth of tariffs for utilities in Moscow is below the accumulated inflation over the same period (growth rates — 66.3 percent, the consumer price index — 70.3 percent). Also, keep all of the existing benefits and other measures of social support of citizens on payment of housing services.
In the budget of Moscow for 2020 also include the expenses for the maintenance and improvement of house adjoining territories that are not traditionally included in the payment for housing services for the population.
