The video feed is conducted round the clock, seven days a week. To obtain access, parents must complete an application and include their name and date of birth, passport number, and telephone number, email address, child’s name. If applying on a weekday during working hours access will be granted on the same day. If parents apply in the evening or at the weekend, then connect to the broadcast from the morning on the next working day.

The decision to open the parent access video takes the head of the Department or the attending physician of the newborn, the evaluation of the health status of the child. Access live video will be given to the parents of children whose weight is over one kilogram. It is important that young patients are not needed in the conduct of respiratory therapy, such as artificial ventilation and other procedures.
