On 26 June 2020, Ella Pamfilova, the Chairperson of the CEC of Russia, opened the second day of the Information center covering the all-Russian vote on approval of changes to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

The head of the CEC of Russia spoke about the progress of the all-Russian vote. As of 25 June 10,000,126 citizens voted (including remote voting), which is 9.2% of the number of voters registered in the Russian Federation.

Ella Pamfilova noted that the CEC of Russia analyzed reports of possible violations posted on the Internet: “The vast majority of the information that we are currently checking from various sources, first of all, it is of course a multi-faceted Internet, is false information, fakes. We will fight back against all these issues.”

The head of the CEC of Russia noted: “In fact, there are no specific violations to respond to. We checked all applications received by our hotline on 25 June, as well as on the night of 25-26 June. I can say that at this moment, on the 26th, we have received more than 900 applications on various issues. And among them, I emphasize, there is not a single complaint that would require consideration at a meeting of the CEC of Russia.”
