Servicemen of 6-8 groups (over 45 years old) can pass forward bends of the torso, raising legs to the bar, jerking kettlebells, swimming at various distances, a set of hand-to-hand fighting techniques, etc.

In the course of mass sports work, the military personnel of the Western Military District have the opportunity to exercise at the sports facilities of the branch of the Central Sports Club of the Army in St. Petersburg – in the Petrogradsky sports complexes, the Swimming pool, the Hockey complex, gyms.
