Business communication with representatives of foreign enterprises is one of the key factors in the success of an export project.
Representatives of export-oriented small and medium-sized businesses of the Oryol region received answers to pressing questions related to negotiations with foreign buyers at the seminar “Effective business communication for exporters”, which was held by the Oryol Regional Export Support Center on February 4, 2021.
The event took place in the format of online training as part of the implementation of the educational program of ANO DPO “Export School of JSC“ Russian Export Center ”in the Oryol Region.
The seminar was attended by both existing exporters and companies that are just starting to think about entering foreign markets. The theoretical part of the educational program was supported by assignments with the solution of practical business cases.
As a result of the training, 12 participants from among small and medium-sized businesses in the Oryol region received certificates from the Export School of the Russian Export Center JSC.
For small and medium-sized businesses in the region, participation in the educational program is free within the framework of the national project “International cooperation and export”.
“Effective Business Communication for Exporters” is the second out of eleven seminars to be held as part of the educational program of the REC Export School in 2021.

Work on business cases
Personalized certificates for the results of training at each seminar
