At the specialized training complex “Regel” the watch officers and specialists of the navigational combat units studied the elements of the ship’s navigation in the narrowness, near the coast, episodes of maneuvering to diverge from ships and vessels in the area of ​​intensive navigation, in poor visibility, as well as in stormy conditions.

In the class of diesel units, the personnel of the electromechanical warhead of the patrol ship “Sergei Kotov” practiced in practice the actions to launch the propulsion system and auxiliary equipment, as well as the algorithm of actions to prepare the ship for battle and cruise.

Also in the course of training, the modern training complex “Mosttik-2000” was used, on which the military personnel of the calculation “the main command post of the ship – combat information post – navigator” of the PMO ship “Georgiy Kurbatov” narrowness.

Training and simulator complexes on which the servicemen of the new ships are being trained allow, within the walls of the training center, to simulate the situation as close as possible to the sailing conditions in certain sea areas. After the completion of the training cycle at the Joint Training Center of the Navy, the crews, according to most indicators, will be ready to operate the ship when entering (entering) the base and when sailing in the open sea in various hydrometeorological conditions.
