In East Izmailovo under the renovation program the relocation of almost 80 families is planned in the first half of the year. This was announced by the head Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.

“In the first half of 2021, it is planned to transfer a new building on 13th Parkovaya Street (building 16a) for settlement. Inspection orders will be provided to 76 families from the five-story building 71/25, building 2 on Izmailovsky Boulevard, ”he said.

The new monolithic building was built according to an individual project. It is designed for 147 apartments and was commissioned this year. Residents will be provided with apartments with improved interior decoration, made in full compliance with the requirements of the renovation program.

The territory adjacent to the house will be landscaped. Children’s playgrounds and recreation areas will be equipped in the courtyard.

For the relocation of residents under the renovation program in the Vostochnoye Izmailovo area, four launch sites with an area of ​​more than 70.1 thousand square meters were selected. 53 residential buildings are to be relocated on the territory of the district. The total area of ​​residential premises is 172.5 thousand square meters.

The renovation program began in August 2017. Thanks to the project, 350 thousand Moscow families – more than a million people – will be able to improve the quality of life. Those who wish are also invited to purchase additional space with a guaranteed 10 percent discount on the amount of the surcharge.
