Digital travel service Russpass continues a cycle of educational stories about Moscow… Collage videos tell about the architecture, history and culture of the capital.

One of the new videos reveals the secret of the appearance of unusual windows in the house-workshop of the architect Konstantin Melnikov. Users will learn why they decided to make them in the shape of a hexagon.

The next video is about the sculpture of a dog at the Ploschad Revolyutsii metro station. In Moscow, it is considered a symbol of good luck, but few people know that the appearance of the bronze shepherd dog almost led to a quarrel between the architects.

Another short story is dedicated to the fate of the monument on the building of the Bolshoi Theater. From the video you can learn how the sculpture of Apollo, driving the four horses, was hidden during the Great Patriotic War and thanks to whom the composition still adorns the facade of the building.

Another video is dedicated to an event in the Cosmos pavilion at VDNKh, which once became resonant. This is the first official Moscow party with DJs.
