Participants learned to better read the emotions and mood of schoolchildren, as well as to look at the process of interacting with them in a new way.

Moscow has developed a unique virtual trainer “The Success of Every Child”. His curriculum contains over 130 scenarios based on real school life. Solving problems, the teacher sees a report on the reaction of the virtual child to one or another of his actions. During the three months of the simulator operation, the system showed that general professional competencies of those who passed all the simulator levels increased by 81 percent.

“The simulator has three levels. The first one measures the level of the participant’s competence. For example, it determines the level of development of emotional and social intelligence, or whether a person is able to motivate students. The second level is teaching. The simulator offers case situations and tasks in those areas that are identified as falling. That is, tasks are individually selected for each participant. At the third level, a measurement again occurs, which determines whether a person has eliminated his deficits. The system has already shown that the level of development of Western competencies has increased by 81 percent among those who have passed all three levels of the simulator, ”said Alexei Rytov, director of the Moscow Center for the Development of Human Resources in Education.

Participants note that the virtual simulator helps them learn to motivate children, better read their emotions and moods, and also look at the process of interacting with schoolchildren in a new way. Homeroom teachers learn to analyze a problem, choose ways to solve it, and adjust professional decision-making.

The directors of the capital’s schools, their deputies and class teachers can sign up to work on the “Success of every child” simulator on the siteMoscow Center for the Development of Human Resources in Education.
