Participants “Moscow Longevity” invite to new online classes. Educational programs were prepared by the Moscow State Academy of Art and Industry named after S.G. Stroganov, National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE), Moscow Polytechnic University and Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov.
Lectures will be held on the Zoom platform. Classes are free, but preliminary registration is required. Participants of the Moscow Longevity project can join them. The first lectures will take place on 15 February.

HSE faculty will tell you how to cope with stress, maintain physical health, and set your daily routine in an online course on psychology and popular medicine. It starts on February 15th.
At the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov will conduct two online design courses. The first will focus on how to combine aesthetics and functionality in a home space, the second – how to decorate a garden plot. The first classes will take place on 15 February.
Moscow State Art and Industry Academy named after S.G. Stroganova invites you to classes in art history. Direction “History and Art. Monuments of world art. Introductory course “is dedicated to the masterpieces of painting, sculpture and architecture, and the course” History and Art. The Image of a Man in Art ”, listeners will learn about how contemporaries perceived famous works. Classes will begin on February 16.
Those who want to master a foreign language from scratch are expected to attend courses in English and German at the Moscow Polytechnic University. Students will learn the alphabet and work on the pronunciation of words, get acquainted with grammar and vocabulary. Now the university is making a schedule of classes.

Online classes “Moscow Longevity” began to be held in March last year, they immediately became popular with users. The program includes foreign languages, art history, information technology, psychology, financial and legal literacy. From 2015 to 2019, the involvement of the older generation, aged 55 to 64, in the educational process almost tripled, from 12 to 29 percent. These are the results of the NRU HSE study “Self-education practices among the adult population of Russia” within the framework of the project “Monitoring the economics of education”. In the capital, senior citizens in the development of new knowledge are helped by the Moscow Longevity project, which was launched on March 1, 2018.
