Most of the employment opportunities have emerged, in particular, in the consumer market, the fuel and energy complex and construction, as well as in logistics and communications.

The Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas are actively creating new jobs, their number exceeded 267 thousand. Since 2012, 150 thousand new jobs have been created on the territory of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, their growth amounted to more than 200 percent, the head of the Moscow Department of Development of New Territories Vladimir Zhidkin.

“If we take into account the Skolkovo innovation center – this is another 33 thousand jobs, then the number of jobs in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas already reaches 267 thousand, which makes it possible to speak of an increase in their number relative to the moment of joining more than three times,” he added.

Most of the employment opportunities appeared in the consumer market – 44.9 thousand jobs, the fuel and energy complex and construction – a total of 32.1 thousand, in logistics and communications – 24.9 thousand. Also, many new jobs were created in the social sphere, finance and real estate management, manufacturing and services.

In 2020, the population of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts was 554 thousand people. Vladimir Zhidkin noted that the dynamic and sustainable population growth is primarily due to the results of the implementation of an integrated approach to the development of new territories. The presence of kindergartens, schools, clinics, hospitals, jobs within the boundaries of the districts becomes a guarantee of stability and comfort.

In addition, many exemplary projects have been created in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, including first-class office premises, hotels, social and cultural facilities and housing.

Permission has already been given for the construction of the first stage of the Prokshino business quarter – a business center with shopping, educational and cultural facilities located less than a hundred meters from the Prokshino metro station.

“The project will create 3,018 jobs in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas,” added Vladimir Zhidkin.
