Both completed and promising projects can be submitted to the competition.

“House on Brestskaya” announced the start of accepting applications for a competition of architectural, design and landscape projects, said the head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

Both completed and promising projects can be submitted to the competition. They will compete for victory in various nominations, including Urban Layout and Planning, Architecture of Industrial Buildings, Architecture of Residential Buildings, Landscape Architecture of Urban and Public Spaces and Interior Design of Public Spaces.

The competition will be held in several stages. Acceptance of applications will end in early August, and after it is over, a specially created commission will conduct a preliminary selection. The main criterion will be compliance with the requirements of the tender documentation, and already at the next stage, the work of the contestants will be evaluated by a professional jury.

The competition will be held within the framework of the IV International Festival “House on Brestskaya” invites: architecture, design, landscape. It will be held from 9 to 21 September, said Yulia Kulikova, director of the state budgetary institution Mosstroyinform. The festival will be accompanied by an exhibition of competitive works and a thematic business program.

Last year, 402 people from 15 countries, 57 cities of Russia and the world took part in the competition. Then almost 900 projects were announced.
