Subdivisions of a separate arctic motorized rifle brigade of the army corps of the Northern Fleet performed live fires from various types of small arms and grenade launchers as part of the squads. The trainings took place at the military training ground of the compound in the area of ​​the village of Alakurtti, Kandalaksha district, Murmansk region. More than 500 servicemen took part in them.

Arctic motorized riflemen worked out combat training tasks in accordance with the course of combat training, not only as part of squads, but also in crews of combat vehicles. During the training, the main attention of the commanders was paid to improving the skills of the personnel using standard weapons and military equipment in the Far North and the Arctic.

Motorized riflemen and gunners of combat vehicles practiced firing from AGS-17, RPG-7 grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns, SVD sniper rifles and weapons of combat vehicles at targets imitating enemy equipment and manpower.

Combat firing is the final stage of combat coordination and fire training of a squad. It also further improves the skills of squad leaders in organizing and managing fire.
