On the Day of Russian Science, at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center, specialists from the Russian Ministry of Defense, scientific organizations and defense industry enterprises discussed topical issues related to the development and implementation of innovative projects and dual-use technologies.
The key topic of discussion was the implementation of rights to the results of intellectual activity. In particular, the revised procedure for the transfer, use and accounting of rights to projects and developments carried out by enterprises and organizations of the Russian defense industry complex on an initiative basis at their own expense was considered.
A separate block of questions related to new requirements for the examination of documentation and technical acceptance during state tests of weapons, military and special equipment, as well as military-technical property.
As the organizers of the event noted, the stated problems are especially relevant within the framework of the activities of the Commission of the Ministry of Defense of Russia on innovative projects and technologies, through which initiative developments are implemented in the interests of the department.
Based on the results of the event, proposals will be prepared for optimizing activities in the development and implementation of innovative projects and technologies implemented by enterprises and organizations on an initiative basis.
The panel discussion was held in full-time and part-time form using video-conference calls, bringing together 67 participants, including 18 subscribers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tver, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Yaroslavl. The event was attended by representatives of 15 military administration bodies, 12 research organizations and universities, as well as 7 enterprises of the Russian defense industry.
The event was organized by the Main Directorate of Research and Technological Support of Advanced Technologies (Innovative Research) of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
