“In the South-West District, at the first stage of the renovation program, 33 launch sites have been identified for the construction of houses for resettlement. They are located in nine districts of the South-West Administrative District; in total, a little more than 400 thousand square meters of housing will be built on them. This is enough to start resettlement of over 14 thousand people by 2024, ”he said.

Renovation program in the south-west of the capital began with the settlement of two houses (Izyumskaya street, house 49, building 2 and building 55, building 1) in Yuzhny Butovo.

“Since the start of the program, more than 1,300 families have received new apartments in the South-Western Administrative District. Now 12 out of 15 resettled houses in the district have been dismantled, ”added Sergey Levkin.

In total, 520 houses with a total area of ​​almost two million square meters are to be resettled and dismantled in the south-west of the capital. In the district, 49 launch sites were selected with an urban development potential of 682.7 thousand square meters.
