The interim rules will be valid until October 1.

Resolution of February 1, 2021 No. 92

The temporary procedure for establishing or confirming disability in force in Russia is extended until October 1, 2021. This resolution was signed by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The temporary order provides for the automatic extension of a previously established disability for the next six months. It also allows you to assign a disability for the first time without a personal appeal of a citizen to the bureau of medical and social expertise. All necessary documents are now received by the authorities using the electronic interdepartmental interaction system. The issue of providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation is also resolved without their personal appeal.

In addition, a separate decree amended this simplified procedure. They will allow citizens who are applying for a disability for the first time to avoid additional examinations. This was the order given by the President.

The temporary procedure for establishing disability was introduced in connection with the spread of coronavirus from April 9, 2020.

The signed document changes Government Decree of October 16, 2020 No. 1697.
