In total, 19 parks have been landscaped and opened since the accession of the new territories to Moscow.

“The TyNAO has a colossal recreational potential. When developing territorial planning schemes and general plans, special attention was paid to the emergence of a large number of various parks. For each of them, they develop their own original concept. Thus, health, historical and cultural, sports, archaeological, zoological and agricultural parks are being created in the districts. They are also putting in order the territories of old estates, “said the head of the Department for the Development of New Territories of the city of Moscow.

Vladimir Zhidkin.

Funds for the arrangement of most green zones in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas are allocated from the city budget and the budgets of settlements. Some of the projects are financed by developers.

“After the reconstruction, parks and estates become not only favorite places for recreation of local residents, but also points of attraction for tourists,” added Vladimir Zhidkin.

One of the last major projects was the improvement of an old estate in the village of Klenovo. After reconstruction here appeared children’s and sports grounds, beautiful benches, as well as a green theater with a new stage and a tribune for spectators. In addition, in the opened such large green recreation areas as the parks of the 70th anniversary of Victory, Krasnaya Pakhra, Sosny, Rucheyok and Victory Park.

The emergence of beautiful and comfortable parks, as well as recreational areas in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts is part of the capital’s master plan.

Recreation areas are created in forest parks, wastelands and territories of old estates. There are 372 objects of cultural heritage in the TyNAO. Among them are the estates of Ostafyevo, Valuevo, Voronovo, Filimonki, Krasnoye, Staro-Nikolskoye, Izmalkovo, Gusev Polos, Krekshino and others. The master plan provides for the protection, recreation and restoration of these objects. And on their basis there are historical, cultural and tourist and recreational centers.
