According to the project, a six-story hospital building with an area of ​​10.8 thousand square meters will be attached to the children’s building, erected in 1965. Both buildings will be connected by an underground passage. The hospital building will house ward departments for 120 beds, an operating unit for six X-ray operating rooms, an anesthesiology and intensive care unit for 12 beds, as well as doctors’ offices, resident rooms, and staff rooms. In addition, a one-storey vestibule-entrance group of the existing building will be partially built on.

The adjacent territory will be landscaped, equipped with playgrounds for children to play and rest, and parking will be made of a lawn grid.

The reconstruction is carried out with funding from the federal budget. Rostekhnadzor will supervise the work.

In 2021 implementation will continue large-scale urban health projects. Digital services will be developed, new sections will appear in the electronic medical record. In the next three years, city hospitals and polyclinics will be re-equipped with the most modern technology.
