The basic structures of the Davydkovo station of the southwestern section of the Big Circle Line (BCL) of the metro are 90 percent complete. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev.
“Now the installation of engineering systems is underway, and the workers have already started the architectural decoration of the office premises. The station’s decoration will be dedicated to employees of the Ministry of Emergencies, ”he said.
In the cash hall there will be a panel “The Star of Salvation” with the image of the Icon of the Mother of God “The Burning Bush”, patronizing the Emergencies Ministry, and a fire tower as a historical prototype of the rescue service. The ground pavilion will be decorated with a stained-glass window “Heroes are always near”, dedicated to firefighters, sappers, divers, medics and other employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
Along the tracks will be placed thematic panels with the motto of the Ministry of Emergency Situations: “Prevention. The rescue. Help ”, and in the escalator zone – artistic compositions based on the history of the formation of the Emergencies Ministry. The station’s coloristic solution – a combination of white, orange, gray and blue shades – also refers to the colors of the ministry’s emblem.
Yuri Kravtsov, the general director of Mosinzhproekt JSC, noted that Davydkovo is a medium-level station located at a depth of up to 30 meters.
“Now tunneling continues between the Davydkovo station and the dismantling chamber at the Aminevskaya station, the ten-meter giant shield“ Nadezhda ”is working on the construction of the double-track tunnel, which has 196 out of 1372 meters to pass. At the same time, a rigid foundation is being installed in the tunnel, “he said.
In addition, Andrei Bochkarev added that architectural and urban planning solutions have already been approved for the design of all stations in the southwestern section of the BCL.
“At all four station complexes of this section of the BCL, architectural and finishing work and installation of internal engineering systems have begun, technological connection and connection of station complexes to external city networks are being carried out,” he stressed.
Thus, the ceiling and walls of the Aminevskaya will remind you of the soft waves-dunes, and the main element of the decor of the Michurinsky Prospekt station will be luminous panels with Chinese ornaments.
All stations will be equipped with lifts for passengers with limited mobility.
The length of the southwestern section of the Big Circle Line is about 7.7 kilometers. In total, 11 new metro stations are planned to open in 2021. On the western, south-western and southern sections of the BCL, the stations “Karamyshevskaya”, “Mnevniki”, “Terekhovo”, “Kuntsevskaya”, “Davydkovo”, “Aminevskaya”, “Michurinsky Prospect”, “Prospect Vernadsky”, “Novatorskaya”, “Vorontsovskaya” (“Kaluzhskaya”) and “Zyuzino”. In addition, by the end of the year, it is planned to complete the tunneling works at the BCL. The ring will finally close in 2022.
