It is planned to clean the façade from old paint, treat it with a biocidal agent in places where it is blocked, hydrophobization, repair the plaster layer and paint on the prepared surface. Architectural elements and windows will be renovated. Experts will install entrance doors to the entrance, equipped with a locking device and an intercom, as well as number plates at the entrances to the porches and brackets for the front flagpole, ”she said.
Specialists will be engaged in the modernization of power supply, water supply and sewerage systems, as well as repair of walls and ceilings of staircases, vestibules and halls. In addition, they will tidy up the metal railings of the stairs, while the wooden handrails will be sanded, varnished and polished.
Porcelain stoneware tiles will be laid on the stairwells, the steps and the baseboard will be updated. Metal mailboxes will be installed in the entrances.
