In the Murmansk region, on the basis of the mixed aviation regiment of long-range aviation, the training camp of the chiefs of search and rescue and parachute services of long-range aviation started.

The participants of the hogs are faced with the tasks of practicing landing from various heights, from 800 to 3000 meters, with landing for accuracy, visual search and evacuation of victims, and first aid.

Jumping will be performed with parachute systems “Arbalet-2”, “Malva-24” and parachutes D1-5U. The landing is planned to be carried out from several types of aviation equipment, including the Mi-8 multipurpose helicopter of the army aviation, as well as the An-12 military transport aircraft.

The training camp is under the direction of the head of the search and rescue and paratrooper service of the long-range aviation command, Lieutenant Colonel Abdukakhor Rozikov.

At the initial stage, the participants of the training camp went through a course of theoretical and lectures, after which they began to perform the practical part of the training camp.

In total, during the event, rescuers will perform over 100 parachute jumps.

These events will last until February 20.
