Supplier portal and electronic trading platform Roseltorg announced the seamless integration of resources. This will allow users to log in with an account on one of them. “The integration will remove barriers for vendors to move between systems and provide instant authorization and simplified registration for new users. Within the framework of a single procurement ecosystem, seamless authorization with Roseltorg products has been implemented on the suppliers’ portal, and information on purchases carried out on the portal is available on the Roseltorg.Business site. The supplier portal is constantly developing the system of B2G and B2B transactions. At the end of 2020, entrepreneurs made 490 thousand purchases on the portal with a total volume of 61.1 billion rubles, which is 35 percent more than in 2019. In the B2B sector, 3.4 thousand purchases were carried out with a potential volume of over 500 million rubles, ”said the Deputy Mayor.

The supplier portal makes it easier for partners to interact with external sites and services. Thanks to him, work has already been established with more than 45 organizations, including trading floors, federal services, banking and logistics companies.

“One of the connecting links in the integration with Roseltorg was the use of an all-Russian product classifier by type of economic activity. This simplified the process of searching, signing up and participating in procurement. The concept of a single storefront develops the portal not only as an aggregator of public procurement, but also as a tool for working with B2B purchases, ”said the head Information Technology Department Eduard Lysenko

After integration, portal suppliers will be able to increase their sales market by participating in purchases of large corporate clients of the Roseltorg.Business site.

“We expect that integration with the Roseltorg system will not only expand the sales market for suppliers and simplify the procurement procedure, but also increase the business interest in procurement on the portal as a whole. Now more than 205 thousand organizations and entrepreneurs are registered on the portal, almost half of them are regional suppliers wishing to find new opportunities for their business. At the same time, suppliers of the Roseltorg.Business system will have access to small-volume purchases in their system, which will increase competition and allow for additional savings for Moscow customers, ”said the head Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Ivan Shcherbakov

He added that the supplier portal is open to cooperation in integrating B2B procurement with all accredited trading platforms within a single procurement ecosystem, which guarantees openness, equal access to procurement and fair competition.

In 2020, the most in demand were procurement of medical goods, maintenance, maintenance and repair work, construction goods, sanitary maintenance, waste management and cleaning services, as well as IT goods. The most popular products in the B2B segment are furniture for offices and businesses, computers and peripheral equipment, as well as household appliances.
