This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
“The auction will be held without restrictions on the composition of the participants – any natural or legal person, including individual entrepreneurs, can become a tenant of the land plot. The city will conclude an agreement with the winner of the auction for 5.5 years: during this time, the tenant will have to build the facility and put it into operation. According to the results of the project, 100 percent of the area of the object is transferred to the ownership of the investor, ”he said.

“The land plot offered to investors is suitable for the construction of a health and fitness complex with sports clubs and a swimming pool. On the territory of the facility, it is also planned to place service garages or parking lots for storing vehicles, ”said Ivan Shcherbakov.
He added that 33 land plots for commercial construction with a total area of 16.7 hectares were sold at the city auction last year.
In total, in 2020, investors rented 106 land plots from Moscow for commercial use and individual housing construction, said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head City Property Department Maxim Gaman.
“The total area of the plots is 26.37 hectares. The land sold at the auction is free legally and in fact, it is possible to build objects of various functional purposes – industrial-production, commercial and social purposes, as well as individual residential buildings, ”said the head of the department.
Electronic applications for the auction are accepted until March 1, 2021, the auction will take place on March 3. The organizer of the auction is the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.
