The new residential area will also have two kindergartens and a school.
A residential building with 312 apartments will be built on the site of the former industrial zone Oktyabrskoye Pole. A new building with a total area of more than 20 thousand square meters will be erected in the Shchukino area on Berzarin Street. This house will become an example of a mechanism for integrated development of territories.
“The attached building will house a polyclinic for 100 visits per shift and a dental clinic for 50 visits per shift, designed to serve children and adults. The creation of residential facilities together with social infrastructure facilities is a clear solution to the problem of improving the quality of life that Sergei Sobyanin sets before us, ”said the head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
The attached polyclinic will house the offices of a pediatrician, ophthalmologist, neurologist, urologist, otorhinolaryngologist and gynecologist. Also, the medical facility will have an ultrasound room, a treatment room and auxiliary rooms.
The house will be built at the expense of an investment company, which will also build a school, a clinic and two kindergartens in a new residential area. In addition, the investor undertakes to create more than 500 jobs for local residents.
“These facilities will be built under the first Russian agreement on the integrated development of an industrial area. It was concluded between the Moscow Government and the owner of the site in July last year. The total area of construction projects is almost 174 thousand square meters, and the planned investment is about 14 billion rubles. Thanks to the new mechanism, unique areas will appear in Moscow, which will combine production sites, public and business spaces, housing, and social facilities. In general, such projects can give the city about 500 thousand jobs “, – said the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov.
The law on the integrated development of territories (CDT) was adopted at the end of 2020.
