In total, 2.5 thousand Muscovites will receive new housing in the district under the renovation program.
In the first half of 2021 in the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye area, resettlement will start under the housing renovation program. This was announced by the head of the Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin.
“At the beginning of this year, a new building was commissioned at the address: Bulatnikovsky proezd, 16b. This is a resource that will provide new housing for about 50 families in the first half of the year. With the beginning of the settlement of the said house in the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye area, the move under the program of housing stock renovation starts, ”said the head of the Department.
In the south of the capital, the renovation program includes 378 houses, of which 15 are located in the Biryulevo Zapadnoye district. In addition, 49 sites have already been selected for wave relocation in the district and four within the district.
According to Sergei Levkin, two launch facilities are at the stage of developing documentation, one has been commissioned, and another house is expected to be commissioned in the fall of 2021. In total, 2.5 thousand residents are planned to relocate in the territory of Biryulevo Zapadnoye district under the renovation program.
The renovation program was approved in Moscow in August 2017. It includes 5175 houses – about 350 thousand apartments and almost a million inhabitants. The first million square meters of housing have already been built. Currently, more than 33 thousand Muscovites have received new apartments.
