Over the past 10 years, electronic services have improved and gained recognition from subscribers: if in the first year of the service’s operation, online applications accounted for five percent of the total number of requests, then in 2020 this figure exceeded the threshold of 20 percent.
“Improvement of electronic services is primarily aimed at the convenience and quality of service for Muscovites. The qualified services of Mosgaz specialists, in turn, help to improve security in the capital, ”emphasizes the General Director of Mosgaz JSC Hasan Gasangadzhiev.
In just 10 years, the service specialists completed about 500 thousand applications, of which over 100 thousand were received through the site. However, Muscovites still prefer to contact Mosgaz by phone. Such applications account for almost 80 percent of the total.
