MIL OSI Translation. Region: Russian Federation –

The climate of the Far East is distinguished by its severity and unpredictability, and this is manifested not only in low temperatures, but also in frequent cyclones. These weather events are always accompanied by heavy rainfall and strong wind gusts.

One of the consequences of cyclones is fallen trees, which often fall on vehicles, damaging the inhabitants of the region. In particular, due to concerns about the future for their cars, an application was received from residents of the house on the street. Dzerzhinsky 76, Khabarovsk, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsZhKU” of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the Eastern Military District. But in connection with the Federal Law No. 7-FZ “On Environmental Protection”, it is impossible to cut or even just cut the crown without the appropriate permission.

The BBO branch promptly sent a request on this issue to the Khabarovsk city administration. The answer was not long in coming – permission for the improvement of the territory was received. The BBO branch immediately organized work with the involvement of a contractor. Deciduous trees were rejuvenated: the skeletal branches of trees were cut, more than 100 m3 of trunks were removed.

At the same time, the trees were shortened in accordance with regulatory documents in order to exclude the possibility of falling in case of strong gusts of wind. Now residents can not worry about their vehicles in case of bad weather, and young shoots with green foliage that appear in the spring will delight the eye all summer.
