There are 65 windows in the new office for receiving citizens.

The “My Documents” center of the Izmailovo district was opened at a new address. Now local residents will be able to receive the necessary government services in the office on the second floor of the Paragon shopping center, located at 24 3rd Parkovaya Street.

65 windows were organized in the room to receive citizens. In two of them, as well as in seven specially equipped offices, employees of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation work with visitors. The office also has waiting areas and electronic services, a wardrobe, a mother and child room and a children’s play area.

Specialists also took care of people with limited mobility: for them, in the center of public services there are two elevators, convenient navigation, sanitary rooms and help buttons.

In addition to the preparation of the necessary documents, additional services are available to citizens. For example, visitors can take a photo, print documents or make a copy of them, pay for the receipt at the bank terminals in the hall and use the vending machines.

Now in the centers “My documents” more than 270 public services can be obtained, 98 percent of which are provided on an extraterritorial basis, regardless of the place of registration in the capital. Glove and mask mode continues to operate in offices. Regional centers of public services are open to visitors every day from 08:00 to 20:00, flagship offices and the Palace of Public Services at VDNKh – from 10:00 to 22:00.
