Also, construction of powerful sewage pumping stations in the administrative and business center “Kommunarka” is underway.

In the village of Likove, which is located in the Vnukovo settlement of the TyNAO, it is planned to build a pumping and filtering station with an administrative complex with an area of more than six thousand square meters. The facility will be erected as part of the Moscow Targeted Investment Program. This was announced by the head Department of Development of New Territories of the Capital Vladimir Zhidkin.

“The advanced pace of construction of engineering networks creates the necessary conditions for the dynamic urban development of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts. Since 2012, the design and construction of more than 100 kilometers of trunk grids has been underway in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, ”he noted.

Vladimir Zhidkin added that under the program “Development of Utilities and Engineering Infrastructure and Energy Saving”, specialists will design and build a new water pipeline from the existing water pipeline near the village of Likovy at the intersection of Central Street and Borovskoye Highway to a water pipeline near the Izvarino microdistrict.

Now construction of powerful sewage pumping stations is underway in the administrative and business center “Kommunarka”. “The first stage of the sewage pumping station in the village of Prokshino, among other things, will be built by the end of 2021,” added the head of the Department for the development of new territories in the capital.

Also, the construction of a heating main from the distribution heat network “Yuzhnoye Butovo” to the village of Kommunarka continues. And the creation of a gas distribution network with a length of more than 280 kilometers has also begun.

“A centralized water supply system is also being created. We are building trunk networks along the Kaluzhskoye and Kievskoye highways, creating cross-links so that residents of new territories are provided with high-quality drinking water. By 2025, the project will be completed – over 230 kilometers of water supply networks will be built at the expense of the city budget, ”said Vladimir Zhidkin.

By 2035, according to plans, gas supply to the districts will grow six times, water supply – five times, electricity supply – four times, and heat supply – two times.

“The creation of a modern engineering infrastructure is a reliable springboard that ensures the construction of comfortable housing, social facilities and industrial facilities, as well as the development of road transport infrastructure,” concluded the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for urban planning policy and construction Andrey Bochkarev.

In the coming years, within the framework of the Moscow Targeted Investment Program, it is planned to build and commission 32 engineering infrastructure facilities.
