12 new service guard dogs have been delivered to a separate guards airborne assault unit stationed in the Primorsky Territory, which will be used both at stationary guard posts and in a free guard.

Service dogs were raised and trained in the 470th Methodological and Cynological Center of Service Dog Breeding of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, located in the Moscow region and which is the oldest and main center of service dog breeding of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

On the territory of the airborne assault unit, spacious open-air cages have been built, which contain Central Asian, German and Caucasian shepherd dogs.

All pets are provided with individual collars, leashes, muzzles and combs. Each service dog has a passport with full information about it, including date of birth, breed, color and vaccinations.

Each dog has a personal counselor from among the servicemen of the SKS platoon, who will be engaged in their maintenance and training.

After the end of the quarantine, the dogs and their counselors will begin training and guard duty.
