The signing of the document was attended by the Minister of Labor and Employment of Kuzbass Alexei Grishin and the Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass Konstantin Molokanov.

Today, there are 19 correctional institutions and 4 pre-trial detention centers in Kuzbass. In total, more than five thousand employees perform official tasks.

At the same time, in some subdivisions of the Penitentiary System of the Kemerovo Region, there is a need to recruit vacant posts. This primarily concerns the vacancies of the junior commanding staff.

Within the framework of the signed agreement, issues of comprehensive informing of the population about the possibility of entering the service in the Penitentiary System of Kuzbass for residents of our region are envisaged.

For this purpose, it is planned to make maximum use of the possibilities of employment centers located in each municipal entity of the Kemerovo region. In addition, information on the advantages of serving in the GUFSIN will be posted in the media, on street banners, specialized recruitment sites, job fairs, in secondary and higher educational institutions of the region.

Currently, UIS employees have a number of socially significant benefits and guarantees. This is a stable salary, the calculation of the service life of one year for one and a half, and in medical and correctional institutions a year for two, an annual free travel on vacation anywhere in the Russian Federation for an employee and one member of his family, the possibility of obtaining specialized higher education and medical support.

The agreement also provides for the creation of a joint program to inform residents of Kuzbass about the possibility of employment in the Penitentiary System of the region.
