Out of 20 buildings, 15 will be overhauled. The floors will be changed, the openings will be strengthened, and the foundations will be reinforced. The facades and roofs will also be repaired, all engineering systems will be replaced: electricity and water supply, heating, sewerage, ventilation and air conditioning.

In addition, it is planned to carry out redevelopment taking into account the wishes of future users, replace windows and doors, and make interior decoration. Entrance groups will be adapted for people with limited mobility.

Facade and roof repair works will be carried out at four sites, including replacement of the rafter system and roof covering. In buildings with pitched roofs, measures will also be taken to regulate the temperature and humidity in the attic. Thanks to this, the rooms are better kept warm, and icicles do not form on the roofs. In another building, the external engineering networks will only be replaced.

Landscaping works will be carried out near the renovated facilities: they will replace the cover of driveways and paths, install lanterns and small architectural forms, lay out lawns and flower beds, and plant trees and bushes.
