The city will lease a two-storey non-residential building – pavilion number 515located on the territory of VDNKh. Its area is 298.5 square meters. The building is intended to house a catering point.
Pavilion 515 is located at the entrance to the all-season entertainment complex “Park of the Future” under construction on the Southern Alley of VDNKh. The work is being carried out in stages. The first stage is planned to open in 2021.
The building of the pavilion was built in the Art Nouveau style, its architectural feature is stained-glass windows on two floors. Previously, the Soyuzpechat store was located here. It appeared in 1973. Here one could buy various regular prints and books.

Any legal entities and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, can participate in the auction.
Applications for participation are accepted until March 1, 2021, the auction will be held on March 4. The organizer of the auction is the Moscow City State Enterprise “Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy” with the assistance of the Moscow state budgetary institution “Service Center 44”, subordinate to the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy.
