Within the framework of the renovation program, 17 more houses of architectural value will be preserved. “We have analyzed the possibility of preserving 22 more houses included in the renovation program. As a result, it was decided to keep 15 buildings. In addition, during the development of the project, two more houses were identified, which form an integral part of the city’s urban ensembles. It was also decided to leave them, ”she said.

Earlier, the working group, which included specialists from the Moscow Department of Cultural Heritage, the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Moscow, the Public Chamber of the city, as well as representatives of the public organization “Arhnadzor”, has already selected 218 houses. They also became part of the renovation program, but will be preserved.

“The building in South Tushino, built in 1953, is part of an ensemble of similar non-demolished residential buildings that form the development of the district. A house near the intersection of Lyublinskaya and Krasnodarskaya streets has been preserved in Lublin – a vivid example of constructivism, ”added Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
