In the village of Borzoi (Chechen Republic), a ceremonial settlement of four turnkey residential buildings with 96 apartments for servicemen and their families took place.
Apartments are completely ready for living, equipped with the necessary furniture and household appliances – electric stoves, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, sofas, tables and chairs. Each room has metering devices, a split system, smoke detectors and a fire alarm system. There are playgrounds on the adjoining territory.
The three-storey buildings were erected by specialists of the Military Construction Complex of the Russian Ministry of Defense using advanced energy-saving technologies, taking into account climatic conditions and using the latest thermal insulation materials.
The apartment buildings were transferred to the operational management of the Federal State Autonomous Institution “Roszhilkomplex”, they will replenish the stock of departmental service housing.
The keys were handed over to the servicemen by the Deputy Commander of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District, Colonel Andrei Lukyanenko, and Deputy Head of the Southern Branch of the FSAU Roszhilkomplex, Andrei Derevyanko.
“Now you don’t have to come to the office to solve your housing and household issues. For your convenience, there is a round-the-clock contact center, your personal account and the Roszhilkomplex mobile application are successfully operating, – Andrey Derevyanko reminded.
FSAU “Roszhilkompleks” is a specialized organization of the Russian Ministry of Defense, exercising the authority of a department in the field of social protection of military personnel, civilian personnel of the Armed Forces, citizens dismissed from military service, and their family members in terms of exercising their housing rights, creating conditions for their life and activities corresponding to the nature of military service.

Previously, these functions were distributed between the central bodies of military command and organizations.
