During the delivery of the second course task (K-2), the crews of the Admiral Tributs large anti-submarine ship (BOD) of the Pacific Fleet and the R-20 missile boat conducted a series of artillery fires at the training grounds of the Sea of ​​Japan.

The crew of the BOD, which previously destroyed a mock-up of a naval floating mine with artillery, today conducted successful artillery fire from 100-mm AK-100 gun mounts at a naval towed shield imitating a mock enemy ship.

Today, off the coast of Vladivostok, the large anti-submarine ship “Admiral Tributs” will conduct a joint exercise with naval aviation to receive the Ka-27PL carrier-based helicopter and to provide takeoffs and landings of the rotorcraft on the ship, both on foot and on the move.

In the neighboring training ground, the R-20 missile boat, in support of the Il-38 anti-submarine aircraft of the naval aviation of the fleet, repelled an air raid and performed two artillery fires at a dropped parachute target. Also, the boat conducted artillery fire at the towed sea shield.

Today, the modernized frigate of the Pacific Fleet “Marshal Shaposhnikov” began to work out the elements of the K-2 task.
