At the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command School, the command, faculty and cadets receive the second component of the vaccine against the new coronavirus infection. The university received a sufficient number of doses of the Gam-COVID-Vac (Sputnik-V) vaccine. The drug was delivered to the university in compliance with all transportation conditions.

The first participants in the vaccination of the second component were more than 400 cadets and officers who are part of the parade squads, who will take part in the military parade on May 9 in Moscow. After the introduction of the vaccine for half an hour, all military personnel and civilian personnel are under the supervision of doctors.

Vaccination of cadets, who will be held as part of foot columns on Red Square, has been completed by the second component. This will allow the personnel to develop immunity to the beginning of the combined training of the military parade in Alabin, near Moscow.

Before the start of the vaccination procedure, the command, faculty and cadets of the university were obliged to undergo the necessary examination by medical workers and, in the absence of contraindications, are vaccinated with the second component of the new Sputnik V drug. Vaccinations are voluntary. The vaccine is administered only with the written consent of the soldier.
