At the children’s playground Technopark “Science City” the open finals of the III International Educational Film Festival KinoDUEL will be held at the Moscow University of Finance and Law from 1 to 5 March. Representatives of 55 countries will take part in it.

The main theme of the festival is “From heart to heart with love.” Films submitted for the competition should be life-affirming and call for the desire to change their views in a positive direction.
The competition is held in three stages: main selection, semi-final and final. It provides 10 main nominations and 10 additional prizes. All interested authors or film crews could take part in the first two stages during the year.
In addition to film screenings, the children’s technopark will host creative evenings with film crews and film actors, round tables and master classes.
The final of the competition will be held for the first time in the form of a film duel: three teams of the jury will evaluate each pair of nominees right in the hall by open voting. It will include filmmakers, press representatives and spectators. The festival will close with an ethnographic gala concert. After its completion, a film school for children and adolescents from 10 years old will start working on the basis of the Science City. Classes will be conducted by directors – participants of the KinoDUEL film festival.
