The combat crews of the ground-based automated control complex of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces ensured the launch of the Arktika-M spacecraft from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
Ground measuring equipment of the Main Testing Space Center named after G.S. Titov of the 15th Army of the Special Purpose Aerospace Forces ensured stable escort of the Soyuz-2.1b medium-class launch vehicle and the launch of the Arktika-M spacecraft into orbit by the Fregat upper stage
Specialists of the 15th Army of the Aerospace Forces carried out operational processing of telemetric information from the launch vehicle and the upper stage during the active phase of the orbital flight.
In total, about 30 ground-based measuring instruments and more than 400 military personnel and specialists of civilian personnel were involved in ensuring the launch of the spacecraft as part of the combat crews of the Main Test Space Center named after G.S. Titov.
