More than 100 servicemen of the army corps of the Black Sea Fleet took part in writing a thematic military-historical dictation, which was timed to coincide with the Defender of the Fatherland Day.

Before the start of the dictation, a historical quiz was held as an intellectual warm-up with the military personnel. After that, within 30 minutes, the participants gave answers to 30 questions of varying degrees of difficulty regarding the landmark events of the Great Patriotic War, biographies of famous commanders of the 20th century.

Along with the military personnel, civilian personnel of the army corps and family members of military personnel took part in writing the dictation.

The writing of the dictation was organized in order to attract servicemen to the study of the history of Russia, to increase the historical literacy and patriotic education of the personnel of the association.

In the future, it is planned to conduct military-historical dictations in the army corps on an ongoing basis on topics related to the days of Russia’s military glory.
