The Moscow Investor service is a one-stop shop for resolving all issues related to investment activities in the capital. Recently, its functionality has been improved and supplemented with new sections. Now, with the help of the service, you can get advice or report the difficulties associated with obtaining support for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as connecting to utility networks when localizing production at industrial sites in Moscow. Any registered user of the investment portal can send a message through the Moscow Investor service. To do this, you need to fill out a special form, state the essence of the issue or problem that arose in the course of conducting investment activities, and, if necessary, attach additional materials “, – said the head of the capital
The service “Moscow Investor” in an extended version is also available in the mobile application of the investment portal. By installing the application on a smartphone, the user is authorized under his account or is registered and receives round-the-clock access to his personal account and online services.

More than 60 percent of all messages sent by entrepreneurs through the Moscow Investor service since its inception were related to property auctions. Most often, users clarified how to take part in the auction, how the starting price of the objects is formed, how to view the premises put up for auction, and how to register electronically the ownership of the object purchased at the auction.
The questions in the new category “Support for SMEs” are split into two topics. In the topic on non-financial support, you can ask questions about the availability of premises for rent in technology parks and about the inclusion of a particular exhibition in the list of congress and exhibition events, part of the cost of participation in which the city can compensate with the help of special subsidy.
The second topic concerns measures of financial support for business provided by the Moscow Government – subsidies, grants, soft loans and guarantees. For example, in this subsection, you can report an issue if an entrepreneur has been denied financial assistance or the amount of the subsidy paid has been reduced. Also, thanks to the appeal left in this subcategory, you can get help if you have any difficulties with submitting documents for the payment of subsidies. Here you can also find out about all the measures of financial support that the city provides to entrepreneurs.
Also in the service “Moscow Investor” a separate category has appeared on the issues of connection to engineering networks. In the section, you can send an appeal if the entrepreneur is denied to provide technical conditions for connection or to sign documents, as well as if the terms of connection have been violated.
You can report problems related to the receipt of public services, contractual relations, issuance of permits and licenses and some types of subsidies in the new category “Other”.
All messages sent through the service are first sent to specialists City Investment Management Agency, and then transferred to the relevant Moscow departments for consideration. Replies are sent within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the request: the user receives the notification in his personal account on the portal, as well as by e-mail specified during registration. In special cases, the waiting time for a response can be increased to 30 calendar days. If the user agency is not satisfied with the response, it can return the appeal for reconsideration.

The investment portal was created with the support of the Moscow Government. More than 8.2 thousand users visit it daily. The portal has 42 thousand registered personal accounts, which provide full access to the resource’s functionality.
