In the first half of 2021, a new functionality will appear in the city superservice “Assistance in moving in the framework of the renovation program”. This is an application for assistance in organizing a move and an application for the elimination of construction defects.

The automatic service was launched in November 2020. It includes an interactive online instruction, as well as notifications related to the relocation of Muscovites to new homes. Participants of the program receive information about its stages in their personal account on, by e-mail and by SMS.

The notifications contain the address and telephone number of the resettlement information center, information on the need to write a statement following the examination of the apartment, on the consent or refusal of the proposed housing, on the readiness of the draft contract for it, an invitation to sign documents, data on the signed contract, on the elimination of construction defects in the apartment and an invitation to re-examination. If a person wants to buy a room or an additional apartment, he also receives notifications with up-to-date information.

“To date, residents of 44 houses have received more than 25 thousand notifications about different stages of resettlement, including letters with a proposal for a new apartment,” said the head Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergey Levkin

According to the first deputy head of the Mayor’s Office and the Moscow Government Evgeniya Kozlova, relocation assistance within the renovation program is a new format of electronic services, united by one life situation.

“The step-by-step provision of up-to-date information to residents about the process or the readiness of documents, proactive messages about the need for the next action makes the resettlement process more understandable and comfortable,” noted Yevgeny Kozlov.

Specialists are trained to work with the service at the site of the “House on Brestskaya”. The next seminar was held there on February 26. Employees of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the city conducted it for representatives of the prefectures of 11 administrative districts of Moscow.

“The participants were shown how to correctly enter the contact details of a resident, accept applications for transportation, work with acts to eliminate construction defects. In the first half of the year, information centers in the North-West Administrative District and the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas will start working with super service for the first time, ”said Yulia Kulikova, director of the Mosstroyinform State Budgetary Institution.
