On March 3, 2021, in the large concert hall of the educational and methodological center of military-patriotic education “Avangard” (UMC VPV “Avangard”) in the city of Kubinka, Moscow region, the final stages of the IV beauty contest, professional and aesthetic skills among female military personnel of Air airborne troops “Beauty of the Airborne Forces – 2021”.

The event will include three final stages of the competition. “Visiting card” in which each participant will tell about herself, her family, service, hobbies and achievements in life.

“Creative number” is supposed to reveal the participant’s talents in choreography, vocals, playing musical instruments and the ability to stay on stage. At the stage “Officers’ Ball” girls in classical dance will demonstrate their charm and beauty in the spirit of the best traditions of Russian officers.

In total, within the framework of the first qualifying stage, more than 150 representatives of the fair sex in the military units of the Airborne Forces across the country fought for the right to represent their unit in the final of the competition.

12 female military personnel representing Novorossiysk, Pskov, Ivanovskoe, Tula, Ulan-Udenskoe, Ulyanovskoe, Kamyshinskoe and Ussuriyskoe airborne assault (airborne) formations, special forces and command formations from Kubinka and Medvezhye Lakes near Moscow, take part in the final of the competition. as well as the Training Center (training of junior airborne troops) from Omsk and the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School named after General of the Army V.F. Margelova (RVVDKU) from Ryazan.

After summing up the results of all stages, the jury, the commander of the Airborne Forces, Hero of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Andrei Serdyukov, will present the crown to the winner of one of the participants in the competition.

The jury members, including the director of the All-Russian beauty festival “Beauty of Russia” Tatyana Andreeva-Falk, composer, poet, music producer, Honored Artist of Russia Denis Maidanov, eleven-time European champion, five-time world champion, two-time Olympic champion, First Vice-President of the Federation of jumping water, Honored Master of Sports of Russia Dmitry Sautin, People’s Artist of the Republic of Dagestan, Professor of Ulyanovsk State University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Arts, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Nikas Safronov and other invited guests will award the winners of the competition in other nominations.

The chairman of the jury is the laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation, author, producer and TV presenter, advisor to the General Director of Channel One Alexander Ilyin.

The competition is dedicated to the 91st anniversary of the formation of the Airborne Forces and is timed to coincide with International Women’s Day.
